Only good things come out when a talented artist does something he truly loves. The Parisian French Photographer, Vincent Flouret, decided to work on a special project in which he shoots his 6-year-old cute pooch, named Max. It was a volunteering activity that inspired Vincent to do this project, he was asked to make studio portraits of homeless dogs in hope to find them new loving families. The thing the Parisian photographer did was brilliant! He dressed his dog like supermodels and asked him kindly to pose like them and the results are unbelievable!
Flouret says that Max is his priority in life. The photographer does everything to make his adorable dog feel comfortable with the props, he even gets them weeks before the shooting and they play with it so he’ll be familiar with them. Overall, Max loves posing to the camera and get all the attention.
“Maxdonna” is a project that Flouret and Max have been working on; they recreate Madonna’s best album covers and music video scenes. Flouret recreates the same styling that Madonna used and transfers it to dog standard. It seems like Max was Madonna on the previous incarnation and it’s incredible to see how the fashion photographer pays attention to the details.
Flouret says that it took him eight months to create the costumes, training Max and take the photos. The inspiring photographer adores Madonna, he wanted to create the project as a tribute to her. Doing this kind of projects allow him to do something that truly inspires him.
Besides the fact that “Maxdonna” is a pleasure to watch and hear about, the creative duo does it for charity causes. The profits from the sold prints of the project are donated to Madonna’s “Raising Malawi” charity project. Not only that the photographer was inspired to do that because of volunteering activity, but he also decided to donate all the profits to vulnerable children and orphans in Malawi. What an amazing human being!
The photos have captured the internet’s heart and even Madonna herself has seen the inspiring project and posted the ‘Like a Virgin’ cover in her Instagram account. Flouret was ecstatic to see that, it was like a dream came true.
