Shipment processing time

- All orders are processed within business day.
- We ship Monday through Friday
- No shipping is done on weekends.
- Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates for orders vary depending on the items and destination and will be displayed at checkout from the cart. Since we ship from a distribution center in the US, customers can expect domestic deliveries to take between 1–4 business days, and international shipments to take between 8-18 business days.

Shipment confirmation and tracking number

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking number. Kindly allow between 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update on the parcel tracking service.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Go Animals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order at the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are solely at the customer's responsibility. Go Animals ships to addresses within the U.S.A, U.S.A Territories, Worldwide, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages and Returns Policy

Go Animals will cover any damage that happens to the products in transit, as long as a complaint is filed within 60 days from the date of receipt. As a company that’s fully committed to its customer’s satisfaction, we at Go Animals, want you to LOVE your purchase, and operate accordingly, with a 100% hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

Go Animals will gladly return, exchange or cancel a purchase, and offer you store credit, item replacement, or a refund (excluding shipping fees).

If a package is returned to our warehouse because we provided the courier with the wrong shipping details, we will be responsible for covering the shipping cost. On the contrary, if the customer is responsible for providing the courier with the wrong details and a package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the items but charge the customer the shipping cost.
