Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 12-24 hours. Orders are not handled or shipped on weekends or holidays but within the next business day. Orders also can’t be delivered on weekends or holidays. 

On holidays, Christmas, Black Friday or other occasions with a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more days. Please allow additional days for the order to arrive while it’s in transit for delivery. If there will be a much more significant delay in shipment, we will contact you by email or by phone.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates for the orders will be displayed at checkout after choosing your favorite items.

The delivery time of your order can vary between 14–30 business days (during COVID-19) and depends on your location.

Shipment confirmation and tracking number:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipment Confirmation, containing its tracking number. Kindly allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to be active in the search engine link.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Go Animals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order at your destination. All fees imposed during or after shipping are at the sole customer responsibility.

Go Animals ships to addresses within the U.S.A, U.S.A Territories, Worldwide and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages and Returns Policy:

Go Animals will cover any damages that happen to the product during the shipping within 60 days from the date of receipt of the product. As a company that’s fully committed to its customer’s satisfaction, we at Go Animals, want you to LOVE your purchase, and operate accordingly, with our 100% hassle-free return and exchange policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

Go Animals will gladly return, exchange or cancel a purchase, and offer you store credit, item replacement, or a refund (not including shipping fees).
