Kids easily get attached to pets. When a little boy found a puppy and realized his family can’t take for her, he knew he had to find the homeless pup a loving home.
The little boy didn’t want to just throw her back to the streets, so he thought about places he trusts and school came up quickly as a good option. He put the puppy inside of a box, wrote a heartbreaking explanation note and went to school.
Since he was scared and heartbroken about the situation, he put the cute pup outside of a door, knocked on it and ran away. He was mature enough to understand that he couldn’t take care of it and trusted the school staff to do the right thing.
Luckily the janitor heard the knock so he approached the door, and as he opened it he noticed the little boy escaping. But when he looked down, he saw an adorable puppy inside of a box with a note.
The janitor read the touching note and then the whole situation was clear. The boy ran away because leaving the puppy behind was really hard for him.
The moving note said:
“Sorry it didn’t have a home and it was cold so we were going to give it to you. Please do let it go find a nice home.”
The compassionate janitor went into action immediately. He brought the homeless puppy to a teacher who really loves dogs. The dog lover decided to name her Snowflake and foster the furry little thing. She took her to Detroit Pit Crew Dog Rescue where she was given the proper care she needed.
The incredible rescue found Snowflake a caring family right before Christmas. They fell in love with her and her big doggo sister has taken Snowflake under her wings.
Thanks to the little boy, Snowflake lives a happy life with her loving family.
